This show highlights the richness of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), featuring young professionals and mentors who explore TCM through modern lifestyles and hands-on practice. Together, they embark on a youthful and engaging journey of cultural discovery and health education.

The program continues the core concept of helping young people adapt to the workplace and enter the workplace bravely in the first season, and invites Liu Liang as a mentor, focusing on the forensic industry that has made important contributions to the national judicial construction, recruited 5 interns from major police officers and medical colleges in China to follow forensic doctor Liu Liang, and recorded their 30-day practice and assessment process.
