The World Between Us

An arson attack in QingYun County that results in a novel death penalty case; a psychiatrist driven by the desire for revenge; two friends, wrought with guilt after failing to lend a hand; a woman whose husband committed murder; and one verdict that tells the story of six families.

A ten-part hour-long series that follows the aftermath of a mass-shooting where all parties involved - the killer, the victims, the victims’ families, the media and the defense teams, whose fates are all intertwined.
