Synopsis & Plot Summary

It's New Orleans on the eve of Mardi Gras celebrations. Three kids call upon the legend of Sleepy Head to seek vengeance on their parents. Officer "Bump" Bumpstead aspires to become a detective and stumbles into one *weird* case.
